De Houtloods

A GLANCE INTO THE KITCHEN

The kitchen bar concept – “take a glance into the kitchen”, where full transparency is embraced and you can see where your food is made. De Houtloods is the place to experience this.

Our restaurant is located in the former NS workshop in the Spoorzone and is housed in a characteristic building near Tilburg’s train station. De Houtloods, built in 1867, is the oldest remaining building in the Spoorzone. Where wood was once stored and dried for the trains, now stands the true centerpiece of the place: a kitchen bar.

Cooking with the seasons

Each season, we go back to the drawing board to create a surprising menu for you. We make thoughtful choices about what we serve, so you can enjoy optimal quality and taste how delicious sustainability can be.
