We make culinary dishes from recognizable ingredients. Our strength lies in a combination of craft, labour, and creativity. We think it’s important that you eat the right flavors one after the other, which is why we’ve organised our menu by flavor types instead of courses.

We currently have fresh, herbaceous, rich, and sweet dishes. Each flavor type contains one fish, meat, and vegetarian option. We recommend that guests choose a dish from each flavor category for the ideal succession of flavors. We serve smaller portions so you can experience even more variety.
